Federal Way is a vibrant and dynamic part of the Puget Sound region.  It is the 9th largest city in the state with a population of 100,000 in a region of 3  million.

Downtown is home to nearly 100 national retailers, many  that are in the Top 100 retailers in the nation and even some ranked in the Top 25 hottest retailers as identified by the National Retail Federation. There are over 100 restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines; and when combined with others, you will find  nearly 350 businesses in 3 million square feet of space.

 

You will also find the newest Performing Arts and Event Center in the region and a Transit Center that is served by three transit agencies servicing the area.
